| John F. Exnicios Government Employee Outstanding Service Award |
| At the April 2006 Southern District ITE Annual Meeting in Jackson, MS, an award was established to recognize outstanding contributions to their community, to transportation engineering in the public sector and to the Southern District of ITE. The award was named in honor of John F. Exnicios, the longtime traffic engineer for the City of New Orleans. |
