| In 2002, the SDITE Board unanimously approved a special recognition for an ABD Member who had been very supportive of the Southern Section/District over his lifetime. Cater Lee, a founding member of the ABD, was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award. In 1975 a four-year effort by Cater Lee culminated when the Southern Section ITE Executive Board chartered the Associated Business Division (ABD). The Award was presented at the 2003 SDITE Annual Meeting in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. |
