One of the rich traditions of the Southern District of ITE is its Annual Meeting. The first Annual Meeting was held in 1953 in conjunction with the Southern Safety Conference and Exposition in Atlanta, Georgia. The meetings are rotated between the Sections that make up the Southern District.
The Southern District is extremely proud of its history in hosting our Annual Meetings. In addition to enjoying fellowship and renewing friendships among approximately 300 persons each April, we have enjoyed excellent technical sessions with engineering and planning tracks, a golf tournament, a social event sponsored by the Associated Business Division (ABD), spouse/guest program and a half-day professional development seminar. |
