Becky Rogers

Becky Rogers, PE, PTP, RSP1, is a Senior Project Manager at Neel-Schaffer, Inc.  She attended Auburn University where she earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and a Master of Community Planning degree. Becky holds professional engineering licenses in five states and is certified as a professional transportation planner and road safety professional. In her current role, she manages the firm’s transportation planning projects and safety studies in Alabama. Her experience includes transportation planning, roadway design, traffic and safety analysis, transit planning, and large-scale data collection.

Becky joined ITE as a member of the Auburn University Student Chapter. After graduation, she joined the Alabama Section (ALSITE). Becky chaired the ALSITE Service Committee for several years and then served in all ALSITE officer positions including President in 2013. After completing a two-year term as ALSITE’s District Representative, she was elected to the Southern District (SDITE) board where she served in all officer positions including President in 2020. Becky is a proud graduate of the 2014 inaugural class of LeadershipITE and has received several awards from ALSITE including the Transportation Engineer of the Year Award.
