Todd Long, P.E., PTOE

Todd Long is the current Chief Operating Officer for Fulton County Government (Georgia). Prior to that, he worked with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) for over 25 years. He served as the Deputy Commissioner of GDOT from April 2012 to October 2015. He received his B.S.C.E. and M.S.C.E. degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a registered professional engineer in Georgia and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.

Todd is a Past President of the Georgia Section of ITE, and served in all officer positions with the Georgia Section. He also served as a Georgia Section Representative for two years. He served as Local Arrangements Committee Co-Chair for the 2014 Southern District ITE Annual Meeting in Lake Oconee. He has also served on two SDITE Member Services Committees (SPAM and Workforce Development). Todd is the past recipient of the 2010 John F. Exnicios Government Employee Outstanding Service Award.
