Early Bird Registration
The early bird registration deadline has been extended to March 16th. Please don’t wait to register for the meeting.
Hotel Room Block
We have finally received a new hotel link to make online reservations. The hotel has agreed to extend the room block until March 16th due to the issues with the previous link. If you made a reservation under a non-group rate, please let us know and we can get you moved into the room block. If you have not made your reservations, please do it now. We are counting on fulfilling our room block as part of our contract.
Sponsorships
There are currently plenty of opportunities to be a sponsor for the meeting and have your company’s name recognized during events and in the program. We have sponsorships available at the Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Level. These sponsorships include the Opening Session, Welcome Reception, Section Breakfast, and Breaks.
